An 4-session parenting series for parents of preschoolers — privately, at a pace that works for you.

Understand your child. Understand yourself.
Respond with greater calm, confidence and intention.

Parenting a young child can bring joy, connection, and a whole new depth of love. It can also bring questions, disagreements, and moments when you find yourself reacting in ways you didn’t intend.

Becoming a Grounded Parent is a four-session experience designed to give parents the space to step back from the daily intensity of parenting, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and become more intentional in how they respond.

The private series offers this experience in a more intimate setting—with the flexibility to schedule sessions around your family’s life and the opportunity to focus more closely on the questions and challenges that are unique to you.

A space for both of you.

Parenting can also bring differences between partners to the surface.

You may have different ideas about discipline, boundaries, routines, or how to respond when your child is having a difficult moment. Sometimes those differences can leave parents feeling frustrated with one another when what you really want is to feel like a team.

The private series creates space to explore those differences with curiosity and without judgment.

Together, we can look at what may be underneath your parenting responses, better understand your child’s developmental needs, and consider how your own experiences, expectations, and beliefs influence the way you parent.

The goal isn’t for both parents to approach every situation in exactly the same way.

It’s to develop greater understanding, connection, and confidence in how you move through parenting together.

This four-session series brings together parenting education, self-reflection, positive parenting tools and coaching to help you do exactly that.

Using a combination of effective parenting tools, journal prompts, coaching, and in-depth discussions to troubleshoot your unique dilemmas, Marta will guide you through an experiential journey to bring more clarity, knowledge and intention to your parenting and your relationship with your children.

Private · Virtual or in-person · 4 focused sessions · 6.5 hours total

This isn't about perfect parenting.

It's about finding clarity and ease in becoming the parent you want to be.

You’ll learn about child development and positive parenting approaches, but we’ll also spend time reflecting on you—your experiences, your assumptions, your triggers, and the expectations you may carry into your parenting.

Through conversation and coaching, we’ll connect that understanding to the real moments you encounter at home.

And because parenting doesn’t only happen during our scheduled sessions, you’ll have between-session support throughout the series, including email support and brief phone conversations when you need to talk through a parenting challenge as it arises.

The aim isn’t to give you a perfect formula for parenting.

It’s to help you understand more, react less automatically, and have more choices in how you respond.

The 4-Session Experience:

The private series includes four sessions totaling 6.5 hours:

Session 1 — 2 hours

An opportunity to step back and look at your parenting experience, your child’s developmental stage, and the patterns that may be emerging in your family.

Sessions 2–4 — 1.5 hours each

We’ll continue exploring the themes of the series while incorporating practical parenting tools, reflection, coaching, and the specific questions or challenges that arise for your family.

Flexible scheduling

The private series is designed for couples whose schedules don’t fit the current group offerings or who would prefer a more individualized experience.

We’ll schedule the four sessions together based on your availability. Sessions can be held virtually or in-person.

Between-session support

Your parenting journey doesn’t pause between sessions.

Throughout the series, you’ll have access to email support and brief phone calls to help you navigate questions or challenging moments as they arise.

Sometimes a difficult morning or bedtime struggle needs attention while it’s still fresh. Having a place to reach out, get perspective, and think through your next step can make the process of putting new approaches into practice much easier.

Investment

$980 per couple

Four private sessions totaling 6.5 hours, plus between-session email and brief phone support throughout the series.

A different kind of parenting support

There is no perfect parent, and there is no single approach that works for every family.

What we can do is become more curious about what is happening beneath the difficult moments, understand ourselves and our children more deeply, and find ways of responding that feel more intentional and connected.

If you’d like to explore whether the private series is right for your family, I’d love to hear from you.

You will be parenting for the rest of your life.
Invest in yourself as a parent now.

Parents who have participated in the past have overwhelmingly reported feeling more grounded, more confident, and more supported in their parenting.
